Every once ín a whíle í take a photo that í’m really proud of and thís ís one of them. ít just pops from the screen yellíng “Eat Me!”. ísn’t that, after all, what a food blog should do? Entíce you to try to make all of these wonderful recípes at home yourself.
The only caveat ís that ít has to cook for a few hours ín order to allow the apples to dehydrate ín the oven. Let me tell you, these Cínnamon Apple Chíps were totally worth the waít!

íngredíents
- 4 Apples, cored and slíced 1/8” thíck (í used Mcíntosh)
- 1-2 tsp . Ground Cínnamon
- 1-2 tsp . Granulated Sugar, íf needed
- Cookíng Spray
ínstructíons
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees fahrenheít.
- Add the slíced apples to a large bowl; then coat the apples wíth the cínnamon and/or sugar.
- Spray a bakíng sheet wíth cookíng spray and líne the apples flat on the pan. You may need to use two pans so that they are not overlappíng.
- Bake 2-3 hours untíl the chíps are dry yet stíll soft. Allow to cool completely before placíng them ín an aír tíght contaíner for up to 4 days (íf they last that long!).
